We've been using them for 3 years and I'm glad we use them. They are thorough, caring, and very responsive when I call and need something.

Dr. Scarberry examined our cat and performed several diagnostic tests and determined that our pet likely had intestinal tumors. She recommended we have her undergo an ultrasound procedure to determine the extent of the growths. We took her to The Cross Lanes Veterinary Hospital because Stonecrest hadn't the facilities for such testing. There, it was discovered that the masses were throughout her intestinal system and that surgery to remove them would be extensive and might not be completely successful, not to mention the adverse effect of such a procedure on our old pet. We chose not to have any surgery done and returned to Stonecrest the next day after consulting Dr. Scarberry by phone. We had decided to try to make our cat as comfortable as possible for as long as we could before doing the final humane act or until she died naturally. Dr. Scarberry prescribed a steroid to help accomplish this.
All of this occurred in November of 2011. Momma, our beloved cat, lived until Christmas eve when she became so ill that we decided to take her to the Tri-State Animal ER in Ceredo to put an end to her suffering (Stonecrest was closed for Christmas).
Although this review is for Stonecrest Animal Medical Center, we must comment that all of the animal care facilities mentioned treated us and our pet professionally, respectfully and courteously throughout our experience and that we would recommend all of them. We want to thank especially Dr. Anna Scarberry and the staff at Stonecrest for their care, compassion and understanding. Dr. Scarberry is one of the kindest and considerate people we've known and hope she will continue caring for our pets. We trust her completely.

Animal Boarding Kennels
They are terrific. They are very compassionate people. They all seem to be committed to what they are doing, even the people at the front desk when I had a dog as well, they took care of her. When I go there, they are consistently the same with everybody and consistently the same anytime I go. They are very caring, their pricing is reasonable, they send notices when she's got to go back and have a test done because she's taking some medication. I get notices in the mail. They are very empathetic. They come in a little early to let me know because my hours are such that I can’t get the … so they come half an hour to let me in so that I can bring the cat in for boarding and leave. They are very accommodating. They are very good.

Veterinarians, Animal Boarding Kennels
When my 16+ year old Chow had a stroke and was near the end of her life, the veterinarian and staff were empathetic and professional as she was put to rest. There wasn't a dry eye in the facility. I have complete confidence in Stonecrest.
