I would like to correct my earlier review.  Earlier I said they charged me $800 for 10-20 feet of 6 inch PVC drain pipe.  I thought the cost from Lowe's was $23 per foot. That was wrong.  I went to Lowe's in person and talked to their employees. The cost for 6 inch Pvc drain pipe is actually  $23 per 10 foot pipe.  When I told the employee how much this business provider charged me he was shocked. Ev. en the customers standing around asked who the company was.  And I told them.Now I amgoing to contact the WV Attorney Generals Office, Consumer Protection Agency to file a complaint.

They charged $1,200 a day for two 12 hour days and only worked for about 4 hours per day.  They charged $800 for less than 20 feet of 6 in PVC pipe that Lowe's told me was $23 per foot (@20 feet-$460 max).    
They left and came back a day later to "clean up" their mess.  They did take some roots but left pieces of the ceramic pipe that they had thrown to the edge of my propety.  I also found a three foot piece of 2 in PVC pipe that II have no idea why it was even on my property.
I originally had called about wter seeping from the ground at drain pipes and  the corners of our hose.  They never worked anywhere near those pipes.  
 week later When I called to questioned why the ground was still wet at the drain pipe.  A week later the ground is still wet.
When I complained about the crew not cleaning up, I was told that they had.  I invited theowner to come and see for himself.  He has not come back and it is a week later.
eThey are the worst business I have ever encountered........  And they do not care about their cusomers.  Only the money.   They said I had a year's  guarantee.  Without a lawyer I don't believe that either.

Called and arrived next day. Diagnosed as a loose packing nut causing a leak in inside the wall. Tightened nut and suggested I watch in the garage (where the leak was first noticed) for a week and see if the wet area dried up. I waited 10-14 days and did not dry. I called and plumbers came same day and cut out the wall in garage and repaired. Had to call back the next day because a segment of the plumbing did not set-up. They came immediately and corrected. No problems since. Very responsive.
