They used to be pretty good but I think they are having a hard time getting some mechanics now. I would come home and it wasn't fixed right or I would get the oil changed and they didn't rotate the tires like they were supposed to do. They tell me to bring it back.

Stoped in with a busted tire and Eddy fixed the tire and gave me a used tire for a spare. very helpful.

I have been using them for the past 15 years. They are reasonable on their prices. You can take your car there and get the work done on the same day. It's first come, first serve basis.

l was having trouble with my car on a Thursday. I had it towed to their garage. When I spoke with the mechanic, He quoted me a price and told me it would be Monday when I could pick up my car. I called on Monday afternoon to pick up my vehicle-it was not ready. I asked what my total was so I could go ahead and pay over the phone and I was told my bill was over $150.00 more than the initial quote. I had them recheck some things and they realized they had overcharged me that amount. I was put on hold excessively and for long stretches of time.I finally picked up my car late Tuesday afternoon and decided to get my van tuned up as well at the same facility. The reason I used their services a second time was because I like to give a company a second chance to make a first impression. I was sadly disappointed. I asked them to give me a quote once they decided what needed done. They said they would not do anything until they called first. When I called the next day after not hearing from anyone, I was put on hold several times and when they finally had time to deal with me, I was told my van was done. I then asked them for a total and was surprised at the amount. I paid over the phone once more and the receptionist asked me if I would like my keys left in my vehicle on the lot for convenient pick up. I consented thinking I would not have to deal with them again,I was wrong. I went to the garage to pick up my van which was supposed to be in the front lot and it was no where to be seen. I then went into the office to inquire as to the whereabouts of my van,and they said for me to try the lot out back. I tried that lot and still no van. I went in a second time and was told it was in fact in a second back lot across the street. The customer service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with and the prices are outrageous. Don't waste your time.
