PWR PLUMBING

I was not impressed with them.  First of all they said they would be here in the morning, they never showed up.  I called that afternoon and she said that they are tied up with another job and maybe they would turn up the next afternoon when they finally showed up.  Then they did not have all the parts so they said that they would go back and get the parts and be back the next morning.  They did not show up the next morning.  I called them again and she said that they got tied up with another job.  I asked her what are they doing on those jobs when they have not finished this one, she said that they already had it on the programme.  It was two weeks later that they finally finished with working bad.  In the future I would probably not use them.

This was a gas line emergency and they came out right away. They showed up when they were supposed to, did a great job on time.

It went well. 

I used them once. The person was prompt and very efficient. He explained the solution to the problem and fixed it.

While remodeling my bathroom, I removed the plaster behind the sink and toilet to discover that the vent for the sink had become disconnected from the main sewage vent stack from the house, leaving a 1" or greater gap. There was some rusty metal filling the opening (luckily) that prevented the smell from escaping into the wall. PWR came on the date/time requested and got the problem fixed quickly. The guys were exceptionally nice and professional. The cost was less than expected, and almost half of what was quoted by two other companies.

The workmen were very courteous and efficient. They were not able to arrive when we had originally planned but had a bonafide emergency with another customer. They repaired a leaky pipe in the crawl space beneath the house. The problem was not the issue I had originally thought it to be but they quickly found the "real" problem and had it fixed in under an hour. Also offered some observations on some unrelated issues (non plumbing) they noticed while making the needed repair. I will call them again if I need plumbing work.

We came home from work and heard water running. We determined that there was a leak in our crawl space from a burst pipe (it was very cold). It was about 7:00pm at night and we called the plumber from the phone book. He came w/in about 15 minutes of calling and fixed the problem w/in a half hour. We were very scared that it would be a major repair but it turned out to be a very quick and inexpensive fix.
