The technician called prior to coming to insure we were home. The work was done promptly. My furnace and air conditioner are 25 years old. The cabinet was cleaned and the unit inspected for cracks and other signs of wear.

They are very quick and efficient. They will call back when they say they will. Usually one trip out to your home gets the job done and they are very nice people.
