They were difficult to contact. Once they did come to do the job, they did a good job, However, they said they would return to remove the stump. We paid them in full, but should not have. They never returned to finish the job

We thought we needed 2 trees removed. But they explained to us that removing the one tree would be costly and trimming it would solve our problem. The other tree was mentioned to them but I did not think it would be in our budget. Since they were already here, they cut it down for almost nothing! We will definitely use them again!

He was very reasonable in price. I had other estimate and he was the most reasonable. I also had two trees taken out. He did a wonderful job cleaning up. I have had tree work done in the past and there is no comparison in his work.

I liked them. They were prompt, courteous, and reasonable. They took down two trees in the back yard. They were very prompt with their estimate. They were thorough and quick. I will continue to use them in the future.

We called Kay's Tree Service last summer and did not get a response. We waited until winter and called again. He retured our called gave an extremely good estimate. He came today and trimmed the tree along with removed dead branches in higher part of the tree. Joe Kay and his crew moved patio furniture and yard art before starting. After completing the job, they moved everything back to their original positions and cleaned up. They vacuumed the whole area even getting leaves that had piled up over the winter. We were very pleased and happy that we hired this company during the slow season. Price and quality of the work was great.

I had a tree scraping my roof and was concerned about it doing damage. Kay's Tree Service was 1 of 3 companies that I contacted. It was about a week before I heard back from Kay's and I will admit I was agitated. Once they did contact me though, I was glad I waited!

I showed them the other 2 quotes and was honest about my finances. They quoted me quite a bit below both of the quotes!

They showed up on time and had fixed my tree/roof problem. They raked and swept up the mess as well.

I asked them for a quote to take down a walnut tree that had been a nuisance and they took it down for nearly nothing!

I would definitely recommend them! If you do not hear back right away, don't give up!
