+ -1 moreJosh was faced with the failed work of another contractor. He suggested an approach that sounded reasonable. One of the issues Joahs was faced with was the original tile -- 12-24 -- was no longer made my the manufacturer. Josh said that PART of the reason for the failure was that a tile that large should never be used on a floor. Josh was able to salvage the tiles from the previous job but I did end up buying a box of 1X2 inch tiles for the floor. Once it was back together the shower functioned FAR better than the previous job and so far no leaks!!
Description of Work: I had a steam shower tile enclosure installed over a year ago. It failed. The original installer refused to return my calls and I got tired of not having my shower. I was referred to Josh Webb who assessed the situation and suggested a course of action.
