Bicycles
To start I will say that the staff at Jeff's are very knowledgeable about bicycles and if you take your bike in for service or a repair, it is done within a reasonable amount of time. The problem lies in the customer service. I was not properly fitted to my bike, merely told to stand beside so that Dave could "size me up". When my bike is dropped off for adjustments, etc. I am told I will get a call when it's ready, but I never have. If you need to purchase something it is normally in stock, but overpriced. You can get the exact same items online for much less.
