They have been paid for at least 15yrs to inspect and certify our backflow valves. Pretended and billed for the last 10yrs and never did the work. We had a catastrophic failure during the winter and they refuse to make it right. Liars and crooks!!

I called them mid-morning. They arrived that afternoon and fixed the problem immediately.

The plumber had to buy a new vent pipe for the water heater and hook it up to the new water heater that we had already bought and fixed back into the water pipes.  He also had to put in a new shower faucet into the stand up shower upstairs.  The materials cost $188.42 and he charged us $357.50 for the labor (4 1/2 hours).  I called the company and the man told me that they were unionized and that they charge $95 for the first hour, $75 for every hour after that.  We felt like this job should not have warranted 4 1/2 hours of labor and should not have warranted the high price of the labor per hour.  We believe we got the shaft on this job and recommend that no one use this plumbing company unless they don't mind wasting their money.

Awful work and job.  There aren't any words I could use to describe the terrible condition on the bathroom experience.

They were nice, thought they knew what they were doing but they did not. Smell continued until it was unbearable.

All went well, simple job.

I called early in the day and left a message about my problem. I was told a representative would call to set an time to complete an estimate. The estimate was approved and the work was finished in about an hour. They replaced the hardware, checked for leaks, and cleaned the work area. They also removed debris from downspouts and flushed the storm drain system.
