Electrical Service
I lost power to half of the electrical wall outlets in a bedroom at my home and recalled hearing a loud pop or snap the night before. I live in Catlettsburg, Kentucky and called IDS, LLC. in Huntington, West Virginia. Kelly Noel was very friendly and professional and had James here the same day. James was also friendly and professional, he diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and fixed it the same day I was charged much less than I thought I would have to pay, and now I don't have to worry if a mouse chewed through my wires threatening to burn my home. This relief came within just a few hours from my initial call. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone in the Ashland.Ky/Huntington,WV/Ironton or Southshore,OH area.
