A friend gave me a gift certificate for $75 to Hatchers nursery in Huntington, WV on my birthday in June. I ,unfortunately, was suffering from a severe intestinal virus which lasted 7 days. She gave it to my husband who brought it home. Somehow it got misplaced. We w ent on vacation and by the time I got around to trying to straighten out the problem, it was August 10. I went to the nursery and explained what happened, but even though they had a record that Donna had bought the gift certificate on May 28 and it was the ONLY gift certificate they had on record, they refused to do anything about it. Donna then called, gave her credit card number, indicated she had been charged and that I was meant to be the recipient, but they still said nothing could be done. Both Donna and I had bought many things at this nursery, but I will never do so again.

I have been using them for the past 15 years. I really like that they are family owned and are extremely knowledgeable. They demonstrate. They have beautiful landscaped areas that you can see and get some ideas. They are very nice. Their employees are nice. They help you out to the car with your purchases. You can call them over the phone and ask them questions.
