My dog ate a hole in the carpet in our living room. I called Floors Galore and received contact information for Eddie Bias who does alot of their repair work. I called him that day and he was able to schedule me for the next weekend (my first available date). That morning, he called again to confirm I was still available and showed up promptly when he said so. He inspected the hole and found that he needed a different tool to do a better job. He went and purchased the item and came right back to complete the repair at no extra cost to me. I found Eddie to be very friendly and courteous. He explained what he was doing along the way. When he was finished, I could not tell a repair had been made.
