Very responsive and narrowed down a solution to my problem.

I picked out kind of expensive material. They turned out really well and they had a nice selection of material to pick from. When they said they were coming by, they came. They always showed up on time unlike other people. They were very polite and very professional. I was very satisfied with the work they did. As soon as the material came in, they picked up the chairs and had them back about a week later. I would recommend them for upholstery. The price was fair but the materials were expensive. Their actual price wasn't that bad. I could have bought the upholstery material someplace else and they would have done the work with a small charge of around $75 for not ordering the material from them. Their actual labor charge wasn't that high. They did a good job and it was very good quality. I took them in a little before Thanksgiving and I wanted it done before Christmas and they ordered the material and turned around the job in a reasonable amount of time. They did the work quicker than other upholsterers that I have used. They were very punctual and very professional. I would use them again.
