 + -1 moreHe never showed up on time, ever ,on Sat.'s he could not work, so no one came at all. When I could talk to him thru his uncle, Roger Edwards, he said it was too hot. Then he slacked off and never came back at all. 7 phone calls from me went unanswered. The man that did finish the job had already given me his phone number if I needed any more work done on the house, because he said he knew Eddie would not finish the job. I still owed less than 1/3 of the cost and he will never get it from me. He left some equipment and expensive tools, but, I have them secured away and after 8 weeks I believe they are mine because of his breech of contract.
Description of Work: Although it was really hot between the signing of the contract and the last time I tried to contract him,7/29/2010, the job was not completed and I had to call an employee of his to come and finish the job that only took him 1 day, and cost me another $250.00, but it was finished and the yard cleaned up and he painted my house for free because he felt bad by the way Eddie had treated me, that he did this often. He was recommended by a couple who flipped houses for resale so I simply took their word and hired him because he did a good job on the metal roof for them. The extra materials that were not needed could not be taken back because the reciept was over 30 days old. So I don't have any way to store these extras.
