Mr. Edwards is a folksy dude; very friendly and grounded. His guys come out to do the work just as we agree and I leave a check taped to the door for them. His price is fair and the job is done well when he says it will be done. I'm going to continue to do business with Burl because I like his style.

They have several people working for them. They are prompt and do a do good job. They are well supervised and do not seem to overcharge for anything. I have not made any appointments or asked them to come at a specific time. They come when they are needed. I would use them again in the future.
