The contractor was not capable of doing the work that was performed. I had to pay another company to come and fix all of the damage done. The contractor was responsible for putting in wood, new drywall, and smoothing out plaster. Drywall wasn't nailed to the walls, drywall on the ceiling wasn't nailed correctly, areas were not smoothed out, corners looked horrible, and so on. I had to pay another company to come and fix all of the damage that was done. I was told it would take two weeks to finish and it took almost three months. He appears to be very professional but his skills do not meet his "qualifications." I would look for another contractor before hiring this company.  Also, drywall mud was all over my wood floors and areas were not even cleaned properly. The contractor that I hired to fix the issues said he has never seen anything so bad. I would stay away from this company.

He never showed up for our scheduled meeting and he did not call to explain what happened.

He is very nice and very professional. He did a lot of work for me and did not overcharge me at all. He is one of the good guys, and will work hard for you. The new tenants are thrilled with the condition of the house. I trust him enough to give him a key to the house.
