The work they did was under warranty. They were quick and they are close. We know them so that is why we call them.

They came out very quickly because I was explaining to them I had a 90 yr old sick woman in the house and I really needed the furnace fixed quickly. He made a point to get out here very quickly because I had a sick mother to take care of. He fixed it very quickly. He used a paper clip to fix it, but it worked. He only charged me the service charge.
