I had a well pump and pressurized tank system that supplies water to my house. It was old and leaking and needed replaced.  I had bought a new water pump and holding tank, but the new tank was larger than the existing tank, so the entire system had to be re-plumbed.  The plumber that showed up (Doug) had been here once before and did an excellent job that time, so he was the one they chose to come back to do this job.  He arrived at the time promised, and was very meticulous in planning the routing of the water lines and the fittings he would need to fit the new larger tank.  He had to leave to go purchase the pipe and fittings needed for the job.  

When he returned he removed the old tank and pump and replaced them with the new ones I had bought.  The re-plumbing job was done with all brass fittings and copper pipe, and it looks fantastic.  I am very pleased with the outcome.  He took the old pump and tank away with him so I did not have to dispose of them myself.  He swept up after he was finished and explained all the charges in detail for all that he had done.  The price was pretty high, but Al Marino offers financing, and that is what I opted for.  He explained how the financing worked and made sure I understood everything.  The job took him all day to complete, but I would rather have someone take their time and do it right than do a rush job and make mistakes.  Doug is VERY good at what he does.

For the quality of work performed I was not that concerned with the high price, but I now have the confidence that I will likely never have to repair this pump system again.  That, alone, is worth it.  If I ever need plumbing done in the future, I will call Al Marino and request Doug.  Like me, he is a perfectionist, and he does excellent work.  I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done.

The initial workman showed up and assessed what we needed done. Once he saw the amount of work and the quick window we were looking at he called another team member and the work was completed in one day.

They showed up 2-3 times not being able to fix system. I told them not to come back. Hired another firm, they fixed system in 15 minutes for $100 00.

Very good. Work completed in two days. Kenny is a great guy to do the work. We have had him do other jobs over the last three years.

The work was done properly and the A.C. started cooling again.  It took a little over an hour  to do the job and I paid almost $400 for the work.  The techician told me that I had a refrigerant leak and needed a new A.C.  I was quoted $3,500 for a new unit.  I told the technician that I had a warranty on the A.C. He checked with the company and they said the warranty only covered mechanical failures and did not cover A.C. leaks.  I think that's a lousy warranty.  I thought I had full coverage.  I didn't get a warranty contract so I should kick myself for that.  I think this company wanted to sell me a new A.C. rather than fix mine under warranty. 

Overall professional, and prompt service. The technician did the job right the first time. Price is reasonable, for a job well done, expect to pay about 50/50 parts and labor. Called them on a Saturday when my entire sewage system backed up. The technician came within an hour and augered out the sewage drain line, and pulled out a tree root ball as long as my arm. Since it was a holiday weekend, he returned the following Wednesday to scope the drain line, and pulled out three other tree roots penetrating the terra-cotta sewage line. He then quoted a price to replace the drain line with PVC, and cover with gravel, offering a discount if I pitched in and helped dig out. He returned the following Monday with a rented excavator and we had the sewage line replaced in about four hours. It cost about $500 for the emergency plumbing service, well worth it. Another $500 for the drain line examination, perhaps a bit pricey, if he hadn't removed the three root balls to examine the entire drain line. It cost me about $2,300 to replace the sewage line from the home to the street. Expect to pay about 50% parts, and 50% labor. A reasonable price, for a professional and prompt job, that gets done right the first time.
