AAA Fencing

Very friendly, dependable and professional.  The quality of the work and the fence were very good.  We are really pleased with the work and have received a lot of compliments, already.

WOW! What a easy process! I called to get an estimate on a 5 ft fence to go around my pool. Called AAA and John came out quickly and the quote was very reasonable. We called two other companies but they didn't even call us back. John said it would take 2 weeks to get the special order in but a week later it came in early and AAA came right out and installed it in one day. It was finished when I got home from work. It looks beautiful!

Everything went smoothly and they finished the job ahead of time.

They were wonderful. I think it was a very price. They were prompt, friendly and honest. He could have charged me a lot more for what he did. He said "We don't work that way, we want you to be satisfied first." He fixed a gate that didn't fit right and he even had one made and welded for it and it didn't cost me anything else.

The initial installation went fairly well Good work and good price. We had a problem with one of the gates and EVENTUALLY they showed up to correct the problem. Took several weeks to get this done.
Unfortunately, we did not have a survey of property done before fence was installed and discovered our new fence encroached on next door neighbor's vacant lot.
\We called numerous times to get AAA to move fence...explaining error was completely our fault; not theirs. Also explained that we wanted to sell house and absolutely needed fence fixed first. They acted as if our phone calls for additiional work would be followed up. They NEVER responded to any of the numerous calls/messages we made.
We finally got another contracter to move the fence the necessaary 18 inches...about 5 months after giving up on AAA Fencing...and that was over the einter months, not the hectic busy summer/fall months.
Absolutely no excuse and the shame is that the initial installation was good and I would have highly recommended the company uncondiitionally...but they really screwed this reference up.

In anticipation of getting a new dog with a TON of energy I knew I would need a fenced yard. I began investigating cost of vinyl coated chain link fence. The first bid was for a 4 foot fence with support bars at both top and bottom so the dog could not dig under the fence as easily. After further investigation I found that a 5 foot fence was more necessary and the second company to give me a bid was AAA and they suggest that several hundred dollars could be saved if I were to string a guide wire at the bottom rather than a bar. The third company was someone I had worked with in the past and they agreed that the guide wire would be nearly as effective as the bar. I received a quote from the first company that was at least $2000 above the cost estimate I found online. AAA came in next and their bid was a few hundred dollars below the calculator online. The third company I called several days after their visit to ask when I would get their proposal. It was a Friday morning and they said they would have it to me by the end of the day. I received nothing. Monday morning they came in with a bid that was about $1500 above that of AAA so I immediately called AAA and gave them the go ahead. They said they would have to check on availability of materials and would get things going ASAP. Friday they showed up with all the posts and set the posts in concrete and said they anticipated fencing to arrive Monday morning. I went home for lunch Monday and they had fencing beginning to go up. They called me later that afternoon and said that since I changed the gate from a 5'X10” to a 5'X12 foot they had to reorder and they would stretch some extra chain link across the fence opening so I could begin letting dogs out immediately. It took another week to get the correct fence in, but one day I came home to find the fence installed and a bill stuck in my door.

I needed a fence installed fairly quickly for my lab because she would take off. I called several places but it would take several months to come out. He was the cheapest. One guy I called from Classic said don't worry about the property line. They were here quickly and did a really good job.
