The heating element went out on my dishwasher New Year's evening. I went on line to Whirlpool and requested service information. I filled out a form and a short time later I received an e-mail verifying the time and date I requested for service. A and E Factory Service (Sears) called the next day and confirmed the appointment. The men were about half hour late, but jumped right in and got the job done in about an hour. I do think the labor charge was excessive.

They are professional. Their prices are too high. They know what they are doing. I will only use them if my appliance is under warranty.
