The overall experience was very positive. This provider is very professional and has wonderful customer service attitude.Jarrell's personell were very courtious and helpful, the money charged was reasonable and they got it done in the time frame they quoted me so that there was no "Surprise!" for extra charges at the end. It turned out that I bought the wrong hose, but the mechanic at Jarrell's was very professional and called me to advise me of this and Impressed me with the fact that he asked permission to go to a local parts store himself and get the right one to install instead of just doing it, and charging me the extra money. There was no charge to do this, just the price of the part. Mechanic also took the time to show me exactly what he had done and provided the old parts and the wrong hose back to me so I could return it.
