NATIONAL PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

Ken Smith found everything that I need to fix before I rent this home and that is exactly what I wanted.

One of the best home inspections I have been on.  I have moved three times in the past 15 years and this was a very thorough inspection.  He took the time to explain everything and provided a great, easy to use report within 24 hours of the inspection.  If you want an inspection done right go with these guys.

I'm very happy with NPI's service. Ken and another guy arrived on time, were polite and thorough. They carefully took me through the house and explained everything to me. I love the comprehensive follow-up report that included photos. Rich is returning to the site to examine a few areas of the house that were inaccessible during the original inspection. This was my first time buying a house so going into the inspections, I had no idea what to expect.
Setting up the appointment was easy and they worked around my schedule. During both home inspections I walked with them and they gave me detailed explanations of what they see and allowed me to ask questions along the way. Their report is very detailed but at the same time easy enough for me to read and understand. There was nothing on the report that we did not go over in person.
The radon inspection was a simple matter and they not only gave me the overall results but the listings of all the collection points over the 48 hours. They called to explain the results to make sure I understood.
I will use them again for any other inspections that I need to perform.

They were very thorough. They took photographs and categorized them into need to be fixed, could wait a while, and things that did not seem right. The report ended being over 50 pages long. They were very pleasant, down to earth people. They got there before I did and went right to work, did not waste time, very efficient. I am not the most handy person and they explained things to me so that I could understand.

It went well. They sent me a subcontractor and he was the one who did the work. The actual company, I enjoyed to work with them, but they made me wait too long. Other than that they were fine. They told me they were going to start in four to five weeks and it was like eight weeks when they started. And they were saying it was because of the weather and we did get a lot of rain, I'm sure they postponed some of it, but I shouldn't had to wait that long without a phone call to say that's the reasons why. I thought the price was fair, but I didn't know what the prices in the area were going. The subcontractors were very well and the work that they did was exceptional. The quality was excellent. They were here all the time when they said they were going to be.

The inspector Ken was at the property and already working when I arrived. He was thorough and very helpful in answering all my questions and explaining all his findings as he went through the property. The report that was emailed to me was very detailed and provided descriptions and pictures of all the issues that he suggested getting taken care of. The inspection service provided by NPI was professional and defintely met all my expectations. I would use this service again.

The inspection was very thorough and professional, I was pleased. In fact, the inspector came back another day to check the furnace and hot water heater because the gas was not turned on from the main. Excellent assessment of important items. I would use them again.
