Home Building
Poor from our move in time. Home, once it settled, caved in around foundation. A false base placed around the perimeter to appear it was done properly was missed until the home began to break away from the basement base/foundation./footers. I went into my basement and could see out side as there was a space around the entire footer that was open between this stick built house and the basement. Can't explain it in tech terms, but hired a structural engineer to assess the damage as the home began to settle. Engineer gave written report of substandard workmanship.
