On the first half of the project he was polite and professional. As he came under stress and my ex started requesting things he became belligerent and argumentative. I never want to see the guy again. The price was more than fair for the job, but I've had to have so much of the work redone. I had to have my HVAC rezoned, the first floor bath had to fixed because he put sub tile over a floor that was ruined, and he didn't build my master bath right so it has been torn out two times and needs to be torn out a third. These are big, expensive projects. The worse thing is that he cut through the existing drain tile. When my ex was moving, unfortunately it was a weekend where we had ten inches of rain, which was unusual, but he put his stuff on the floor of the basement and it all got damaged ending in a $17000 insurance claim. The aggravation is the problem. Some of his work was good but some of it was just terrible, and I think some of it was malicious and fraudulent. Toward the end of the job he wouldn't show up on a regular basis, but the days he would show up he was on time.
