Description of Work: Jim has provided quality service for me many times. He is definitely knows his business. It is very difficult to find someone to work on clocks that know what they are doing. He spends quality time working on your clock or jewelry and returns your clock or items in a timely manner. He is very responsible with his prices. I work recommend him and his work to anyone. |

 + -1 moreJim Horner is very experienced at antique clock repair and has also done some restoration for us of a grungy old clock case that turned out beautifully. He has also repaired and cleaned our newer grandmother clock. He is very knowledgeable about the history of the clocks and provides restoration in keeping with the style and age of the clocks. His prices are reasonable.
Description of Work: We collect old clocks and there is always one that is not working.

 + -1 moreHe did the repair but unfortunately the repair did not completely fix the issue. He was willing to try and fix the issue but I did not want to drive the distance to get to him. He was very cordial to work with. For a complicated clock I would recommend a Certified Master Clockmaker.
