He came out in a hour , took a look at it. I told him I spilled coffee in it and shorted it. He went to the truck and got a new one. I thought I would have to pay for it. He said it was still under warranty.

New router won't send e-mails from our primary e-mail account. 6 hours (3 different sessions) on the phone trying to get it figured out - they were nice, but not very helpful, and certainly not successful as we still have to use and quot;dummyand quot; e-mails for outgoing messages. Very frustrating and yet too tired and don't have the luxury to to keep fighting it.

Been with Comcast a long time. We have to discontinue because we are moving out of their service area. Service has always been good. Maybe a little pricey.

I contacted the area rep to get quotes on cable packages, internet etc. He was friendly without being pushy and gave me a variety of options and packages. He seemed to really focus on what my needs were rather than trying to get the big sale. He locked me into a install date which happened to be a Sunday which was fine with me. I was surprised they installed over the weekend, especially on Sunday.
The installation rep, Shawn, arrived at the hour mark of a two hour window and was very professional. He put on shoe covers and came in to do a house walk around. He asked where the various devices were to be set up as well as questions about future cable box locations and internet work stations. He did a quality check of each outlet for functionality. He made a quick return to his vehicle to get the required equipment, knocked on the door rather than just walking back in. Then he got to work. During his professional preparation of the cables he explained how the boxes worked, reception details etc. When everything was set up Shawn went through a complete walk through of the system (I had used Comcast before but it was nice to get a refresher). He then set up the internet and prepped us with secure lines and passwords.
It was the most professional and friendly service call I have had in years. Shawn was very knowledgeable and patient while answering questions. Top notch all the way around. Highly recommend.

They have been good in the past but they have changed. We have had a lot of technical problems with our set and they would spend a lot of time straightening it out; lately they do not give you the technical assistance they used to give you. Now they give you about 5 minutes and want you to pay extra for anything else. So I am not as happy as I was. They are tighter with their time now. They are good if you need help but they are not excellent.

I can't say that stuff always runs smoothly and part of it might just be that we are so rural. Occasionally the internet is down and we have to call them. When they come out we have to pay them a service charge, but quite often they can fix it over the phone or remotely.

Comcast is the only company around and you are stuck with the services they provide and the cost. It is frustrating to get information from the company about why the service is down and when it will be resolved. The knowledge of the technicians over the phone is not always the best and you can tell they are using a database.

I would not say that I love them and their prices are not cheap. They basically have a monopoly; if you want cable they are basically the only show in town. When they say they are going to come they come but of course they give you that large time window when they are able to show up. If I could find another provider I would definitely consider it but if you don't want a dish you really don't have any choice.

I was having trouble with the TV and they did come out. The problem with cable is that you need two remote controls and a cable box. I do not like messing with that. They are not real helpful in making accommodations so I can have one remote.

We use them only for cable and internet. We have been using them since seven years now. They are the only one in our area. Their television service is fine but their internet service is slow. There have a lot of cut outs with internet. I have a digital cable so that I can get all the channels.

I have been using them for about 4 years. I went to them because they were the only option for high speed internet when we had been using dial up previously. There is nothing really pleasing about them. We have one step below the top of the line, but the download speeds are still very slow. They were pretty good last time I had to deal with them.

The experience is good; we have never really had any outages. If there is a problem we call and it is resolved almost immediately. We chose them as our internet provider because of the speed and I will use them again in the future.

I've been using their service for about a year. They have been great. They don't have the ability to do the phone for some reason that I don't know of. I have never had any issues with their service. I have never had to go to any retail location either.

I've used them since 2004. They are the only ones I can use. They are too expensive. They were the only ones available at the time and it is the best quality I can get. I don't see them in person; I can only talk to them on the phone. I've only had a couple of issues. Most of the time I haven't had any problems with the cable but the internet is a different story. I pay $50 a month for the internet. I will use them until I can find somebody better.

We used to think they are affordable but I realized that part of the problems that I was having was that it was from the electric company and not them. I think initially when I first moved here, it did have a land line. I did have cable TV service through them. Due to various circumstances in the economy, I decided I just want the internet. So I switched to internet service. We have the TV sweeping through a game device or something. I am much more dependent on the internet if I don't have a TV. If I don't have a TV, I don't have a landline. I had a lot of problems with the cable going out and the cable wires actually catching fire, burning out, and even melting. It turned out it wasn't Comcast's fault but our electric line fault, which led to these faults. We had an open ground in the neighborhood and it was sending electricity to my cable wires. Another company had to come out and refigure my electricity. They had nothing to do, but for the longest time, I thought that Comcast was very horrible. They would come out and repair the wire. They would fix everything and it would all melt again. As far as internet providers go, they are fine. I wish they would charge less, but I don't think anybody's going to be less. It seems like they are all charging the same price. They are very responsive and they try. They always come out when you ask them to. They would even come multiple times even if its not their fault. Sometimes the people who come are very professional and sometimes the people who come are a little messy.

We have a package deal. For the most part, they are all right. They could do some things better. We've been using them for probably 20 years. They are the only ones available. They seem to know what they are doing. Their prices are probably about average; they could probably do better. They are pretty responsive. We haven't had any problems with them. They have always been here in the time frame they said. They are professional. We have to use them; we don't have a choice.
