The basement windows were not silicone, so every time it rains it leaks. They did not finish the job and will not come back to repair things. They will not return my calls. He never returned the spare key, so I had to change all locks and pay for it. When he repaired the electrical box, he broke some stucco and never repaired it. Some of the electrical work that was done was never finished properly.
