+ -1 moreTruly remarkable they have 'service' in their name--there is absolutely nothing they do (other than billing) that resembles any 'service'. They are the most unresponsive and obtuse bunch I've ever come across. Their mission seems to be more about holding down a job and collecting a paycheck more than anything else. Billing issues (simple ones) are ignored, they refuse to answer their phone or even return messages left regarding their 'service'. Their unresponsiveness and disinterested manner during a recent Boil Advisory pretty much tells you all you need to know about this bunch.
Description of Work: This outfit is responsible for public water supply from Buckhannon, serving outer areas such as Adrian and French Creek.
