The staff is very nice. It is hard to get in touch with Mark at times. He is very busy but that is because he is good at what he does.

We have used Mark's Heating and cooling for all our HVAC needs as well as to replace a hot water tank. He is a great person to work with, tells it like it is, and gives you options to choose from based on your financial situation. He was able to and quot;rechargeand quot; our dying AC unit the past several years to get us through the summer, since we were unable at the time to replace the entire unit. He explains everything to you in detail, so you know what you are getting and paying for. My daughter has just contracted him to replace her furnace, AC unit, and ductwork. She had a previous estimate for less money, but when she compared the two quotes, she found that there were multiple vital things on Mark's Hand C that were NOT on the other estimate, but that she knew herself would need to be done when the entire system was replaced. This explained the and quot;lower estimateand quot; and she knew that it would be the same, if not more, when all was said and done, so she chose Marks. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of any HVAC work.
