Very well. They were able to fix the dryer the same week I called and came at a time that was convenient to us. Only thirty-five dollars of parts and $60 for the first hour for the service call. Very professional and reasonable.

I called the company I purchased the freezer from and they sent Charlie over to fix the problem. He called the manufacturer, uncovered the problems with the circuit board, and ordered a replacement. Fortunately, this problem had been reported by other freezer owners and they had fixed the circuit board. We received the new board within a few days and Charlie came back to install it. Took only a few minutes and we have had no problems since then. Because the freezer was still under warranty, there was no charge for this work. Charlie has been helpful with a few problems. We always recommend him.
