As always Alex showed up on time (actually 15 min early), completed the troubleshooting, and repair with the utmost professionalism. He is reliable and courteous. I highly recommend you call him for your HVAC needs.

We have used Alex several times since we bought our house a few years ago. We used him to replace our existing propane furnace with a high efficiency heat pump. He did the work neatly and on time. We have been very happy with the upgrade.
He came highly recommended from our realtor (since we were new to the area). He is always professional, respectful, and arrives when he says he will be there (if running a bit late, he gives a courtesy call). I have always appreciated his willingness to work around our schedule since my wife and I are both teachers and don't like to miss a day at school. Alex is dependable and a hard worker - definitely a great choice if you need work on your HVAC system!
