Maintenance of this issue ranged anywhere from $100-400 depending on what the problem was at the time. They were pretty fair with their pricing. They didn't gouge us. They treated us fairly. They were very good the first 2 years. They were very reliable. They came immediately after you'd called them. They were excellent. Then, maybe a year or a year and a half ago they just stopped coming out. I couldn't figure it out. We called them in April to see if they would be willing to answer. The owner came out and explained that the company was going through some management changes. They are trying to rebuild the business. Terry is the owner and he is really honest. They were an excellent company in the past and I believe they can be excellent again. I believe people should give them a second chance. I will definitely be giving them a second chance. I think they are back on track. Anyone thinking of using them can trust that they will do a good job.

My husband met the owner to walk through our new house and give us an
estimate on how much it would cost to put a central ac unit and heat
pump in. My husband was impressed with the customer service provided.
The price was $4000 cheaper than other quotes we had received and the
unit was the same SEER rating. Once we signed the contract, he ordered
the unit and he had the job completed in two days! He does not offer in
house financing, but works with other financial institutions to help
you. I have recommended this company to my family, and anyone who asks.

They owe us money for our free-on. They didn't fix the problem the first time and charged us again to come back out.

They did a real good job. So far I would recommend these people. They were here when they said they would be here. They were neat and cleaned up with they were finished.

They did a good job, showed up when they were supposed to and they were punctual. Due to the fact that I am retired from the business, it makes it easier to rate people. If they are not good people, I don't bring them back.

The gentleman that came out was quick and thorough. We really appreciated the rapid response time -- both in answering our initial call and getting the work done.

I have used them twice. Both times they have been very helpful and very professional on the phone and in person. It was middle of the summer and they came out the next day. I recommend them highly.

Most companies/contractors in the Martinsburg, WV area don't show up for appointments. Fire and Ice SHOW UP AND ARE ON TIME!!
