HE NEVER STARTED THE JOB FOR OVER 3 WEEKS AND THEN HE ONLY WORKED ABOUT 1 DAY A WEEK. HE PROMISED MANY TIMES THAT MATERIALS (BOARDS) WOULD BE DELIVERED BUT NEVER WERE. HE FINALLY MAKE AN ATTEMPT AT FRAMING A DECK. HE BROKE A DRAINAGE PIPE FROM THE HOUSE AND DIDN'T FIX IT BUT COVERED IT UP. SOME 6X6'S WEREN'T ATTACHED TO ANYTHING BUT THE FRAME HE BUILT. THEY WERE JUST HANGING IN THE AIR. THESE DECKS WERE TO BE BUILT OVER TOP OF EACH OTHER. ALMOST 2 MONTHS LATER NOTHING IS COMPLETED AND HE WON'T RETURN ANY OF OUR PHONE CALLS OR ANSWER HIS DOOR.
