ok but expensive

We discovered we had termites on a Monday night, I called PMSI on Tuesday morning shortly after 7 am. They sent Tim out first thing that morning to provide an estimate and look over the house. He arrived promptly at 9 am to provide an estimate much lower than I had originally anticipated. I was headed to work and received a call back to schedule the extermination services by 10:30 am, same day. I was shocked to learn they could send someone out the next day. We were given an estimate of arrival between 11-1 on Wednesday and TJ showed up promptly in that timeframe and was done in less than 3 hours. PMSI was great to work with and put our minds at ease. We have not seen another termite since!

Very professional and quick. Came to give an estimate the same day I called. Came back the next day to do the treatment. They treated inside and out, left no mess, provided contact info and were very pleasant. Much less expensive than the national chains.

They arrived on time and were very friendly.  They gave very detailed instructions of what we were to do if we wanted to be rid of the flea problem and told us that if the issue had not been fixed within 30 days to give them a call and they would come back.  Fortunately, the services worked and we did not need to be in contact with them again.  I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of emergency extermination.

All was really excellent except for the litmus test.  The ants still come marching one-by-one hurrah, hurrah.  We were advised that that might happen and that we should call them again and they will come again, no charge, which we did and which they did.  Excellent, except that the ants still come marching one-by-one hurrah, hurrah.  We've been assured that we can call them back again and that again they will come back and that again there will be no charge.  Well, if  ants ever stop marching one-by-one hurrah, hurrah I will update this review.

PMSI has been great. I contacted them and they came up the same week to treat the inside and outside of the house. They've came up between treatments to kill bees nest free of charge. Very nice personnel, will definitely keep using them.

The guy was great, called and he came out two days later to treat the house. Comes back every three months to retreat and if insects or bugs show up before then he will come treat your house for free.

They were prompt and professional and returned my call right away and put us on their schedule for 2 days after I called. They said give it 7-10 days after they sprayed and if we still see ants they will come back out and spray again with no charge. It's been 3 days since they sprayed and so far we haven't seen any ants in the house. They will come out quarterly and spray for 85.00 each quarter.

Service technician (Kevin) is flexible and meets our time constraints for our appointments.  When we have called the main office, they have always been responsive to our questions.  When we purchased our home over a year ago we wanted a reliable pest management service and they were referred to me by a work colleague.  PMSI has a warranty for their work between regular treatments and will return if you are not satisfied.  We have always been satisfied and will continue to use their service to keep the bugs away!  We have been a satisfied customer for over a year. 

My initial phone call was returned within 30 minutes and Tim came out the next morning to do an estimate.  He also went over his estimate.  His crew came out the following week (they arrived 45 minutes early) and worked for 4 1/2 hours straight.  It was a very cold and yucky day.  The crew took care to wear boot covers in the house.  Excellent service.  I highly recommend them.

They are awesome!

So far, so good.  They provide a 1-year warranty on the work.  They would have gotten an A if the technician would have called back in a timely manner.  He may have thought the price was too high but it was less than half of the lowest of two other bids I received.  To their credit, a real person answered their office phone each time I called.

we received an inspection within 24 hours and a scheduled home treatment within two days.  Both service personel were very courteous and professional. The outcome was most fovorable and I would highly recommend this provider.

I began using this company to maintain the inside and outside of my home  on a quarterly basis.  I have them spray for pests, manage mice outside and monitor for termites.  Their service is excellent. They are careful to use chemicals that are harmless to my family and pets. They call prior to appointment time to ensure someone is home to permitt entrance .  Their employees are very professional.  In the summer they have gone out ot their way to solve outdoor issues that arise; ie., bees, wasp nests, etc.  I am very pleased with the consistent quality of their service.

I had an infestation of yellow jackets that were swarming around my bedroom.  Called PMSI and someone was at my house within an hour.  Sprayed outside, fogged inside, seems to have taken care of the problem.  Pretty pricey, but since I had what I considered an emergency, I was willing to pay the cost to have the problem taken care of ASAP.

They do a good job.  Their price is well worth it and if I would want them to come inside for treatment, they would do it for the same price; it does not matter how much I want them to do.  They are always prompt and are here when they say they will be.  They are very polite, professional, and they do anything I ask them to do. The man that comes now is a former student of mine and I always like seeing my former kids. The price is great.

I pay under a hundred dollars a year for the service at my home.

We never met them in person, and they did it before we moved to West Virginia.  We were still in Texas at that time, and they gave us word via email.  They were pretty responsive and professional.  As far as we remember, their price was reasonable with the other companies that we researched.  We would use their services again if needed.
