Weight of recent heavy snows had pulled the fascia and gutter away from the roof line. I called and left messages with several gutter companies for estimates. High Mountain Seamless Gutters returned my call the following day and set up a time to come and evaluate the job. He called to let me know when he was on his way to my home. He arrived promptly and determined that he could complete the repairs immediately since we were expecting additional snow and he wished to complete repairs before additional damage was incurred. Rob was very polite, professional, and competent. He quickly determined that the fascia was loose due to being improperly installed with nails, rather than screws, by the previous contractor. He replaced the fascia using screws and corrected the improper pitch on the gutters. He also suggested improvements to prevent heavy snows from damaging the gutters in the future. Overall, I was very impressed with Rob's work and plan to have him return for further work on my gutters.
