Service was done in an acceptable amount of time. Computer worked fine after I got it back home. The only thing they could have done better was provide some follow up after I got it back home and started up.

Took my pc in. The Fusion person notice the cord was not attached and attached a cord and it worked. I therefore brought another due only to his honesty.

Computer wasn't working. I tried taking it to other repair shops in the area (but they all just pushed me aside like i was nothing). Brought into Fusions repair shop they had it working in under 3 hours at a reasonable price.
