Let's just say, you know when you put the television on and there's the little descriptors at the bottom? It says program information not available for 2008. We haven't got a bill from them yet. I don't know about their professionalism because we haven't talked to anybody from them yet.

I think the price just keeps getting up all the time. I have more problems with the internet than I do with the telephone. Every time I call, they have helped me out. I can't say anything about that. I just think the price is steep. Their responsiveness is pretty good. Their professionalism is good. I hate to change back and forth. If it keeps going up, I have to go. It started at $70 and it went up to $80. Now, it's $90.

They never own up to what they said they will do. I had a difficult time getting through to anyone including management. They said they would show up to fixes things but they never really showed up to fix anything. We withdrew our contract with them and we still kept trying to get reimbursed to what we paid because they did not own up to what they said they were going to do.
