The service went very well. I was very well pleased with the service. There was one worker that came out. He was very prompt. He left the work area very clean. There were no problems. The price was very acceptable.

They are very honest, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

We weren't real happy. It was not a real good experience. They were 3 hours late. It has been almost 30 days and I have had to call someone else because they can't get parts in on time. I can't be without a washer and dryer for 30 days. I have called everyday.

He was very professional. The work was done quickly. There was no charge because the stove and oven were still under warranty. The overall experience was excellent. I would use this service again.

Repairman came out to check out the washer and order parts. Wasn't exactly sure what the problem was, but by process of elination decided the problem could only be one certain item. It was an expensive chance to take, but apparently it is working.

Our ice maker decided to fall ff it's perch on one of the hottest days so far this summer. It was hanging down making it useless and causing the outside freezer door very hard to close. Since the refrigerator was only 8 months old, we called the store where we bought it and they set us up with Double D Appliance Repair. We received a call that evening to set up an appointment but by the time I was able to call back, the store had already closed for the day. I left a message and by the time I called back the next morning to confirm an appointment, they had already set one up with my mother, number 2 job on the list for the day. The gentleman called and asked if he could come early which was fine. He unloaded the whole top drawer of the freezer for my mother who is wheel chair bound. H e repaired the ice maker with no problem.
The repairman was friendly, courtious and professional. He was also very knowledgeable.

My 4 year old Frigidaire refrigerator had been making a loud grinding noise. This went on about a week. The unit was still cooling and there were no other issues. However as time went on and the noise grew louder, I thought it was on its last leg and was about to die. Called Double D in the morning and they were out by that afternoon. The repairman was very professional, nice guy. Immediately diagnosed the problem and showed me, then ordered the part and had it fixed the day after the part arrived from Frigidaire. They charged $65 to come out and look at the unit, but didn't bill me until they came back and installed the part. Total bill for initial trip out, return trip and part was $120. Felt that was pretty reasonable. The seemed very customer focused and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of....would recommend them.
