Amazing company, very responsive and informative. They not only went through all of my options, but also showed me in detail how to keep my system running at it's best and how to take full advantage of the tax credit for energy efficiency. They were ready to help me with anything that I needed (including changing a random light bulb I couldn't reach and helping me deal with a surprise plumbing problem). Excellent customer service and very polite staff. Impressive warranty, I'd be willing to recommend this company to anyone!
