It was real good.

Great. It was for a rental house that we own. Called Kennedy and they came out the same day and fixed a wire then called us to advise what the problem was and sent us a bill. Very satisfied.

Great. They explained the various options and the pros and cons of each. Once we decided to move forward, they ordered the components and performed the installation in four days.

I was impressed with the responsiveness of the company. The owner offered to send out someone the evening I called. Since it was not an emergency, we scheduled the service two days later at a time convenient for both of us.

Things went off without a hitch. They called set up a time they came on time and the job was completed.He was very nice and did the job well. he let me watch as he worked.Thanks for your help.Price was very reasonable.

Were very honest. They could've charged me upwards of $300 for replacing a part and labor but instead were honest about being able to flip a switch on my thermostat which circumvented the whole issue.

I get a sense of confidence from these guys. We've had plumbing and cooling work by them and they are always professional, knowledgeable and try to help us make the best quality decision while not spending a lot of money. They put in an air conditioner for us in 2012 and were very flexible with payment for such a big item. All the work they've done has been great and Tony, who answers the phone, is very responsive with making appointments and getting ahold of the right guys.

The estimator was on time, friendly and professional. We got two bids, although the prices were about the same we could tell right of way that Kennedy was much more professional.



After accepting the bid, Tony showed up with a contract and I gave him a check for 50%. We set the start date within a few days of this meeting.



The installer showed up on time, clean and professional and got right to work.. Everything was done in two days. He cleaned up everything so we didn't have to do anything but get on with out lives.



I can only wish our other contractors were this professional.

I called the plubming company and told them of my problem. They arrived within 2 days of my call for service. The entire job took approximaely 2 weeks to comllete. The service guy they sent over worked 8 hours a day for two weeks to complete the job. I was very pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

David Cristner has done our plumbing for years. If I have a problem, I call David. He just does the plumbing. When I call the office they send David right away and he works hard and makes sure the job is done. He is not afraid of crawling into small spaces, he just does good work. I will recommend him to anyone that needs a good plumber. I will continue to use David as long as he is working with this company.

They are excellent. I use their services frequently. Their prices are always reasonable. They are extremely knowledgeable. They don't charge travel time. They come quickly in an emergency. They get right to the problem and they fix it. They know what's going on with my plumbing and heating.
