AMERICAN FENCE CO

This company is a JOKE - after telling them for MONTHS last year we wanted a fence built and had the cash ready, it took them months to show up. Only after threatening to go with a different company after months of listening to their excuses of and quot;too much work, this happened, that happened, blah blahand quot; did they show up weeks later to start the build.
They built the fence, now months later, the gate sags so bad that it's totally unusable apparently due to using 4x4 wood posts instead of something sturdier and building a super heavy gate on it (the support latch post has warped from the weight) - after weeks of asking about our problem, a guy shows up, takes pictures and tells us it will be and quot;a few daysand quot; until they can get someone out to fix it - a month later, and nearly a dozen phone call attempts later, this company no longer answers their phone and is no where to be found. Who can run a company and even call themselves a company with service like this?
This is ridiculous to treat a paying customer like this - you do bad work, then you should stick to your word and fix it as you said you would, not give everyone the run around for weeks. If you can't keep up with the work, then don't accept the work.

The problem was there was much damage in WV the repairs were done 5 months later. They compensated and gave me an extra gate.
