DAVIS DAVIS HEATING AIR COND

Unavailable outside of office hours. Has no emergency contact number, and evidently does not check messages on his office phone when out of the building. When I first got a quote from him, I got a caution from a friend saying he does not finish the job or service. I asked Mr. Davis about this and he said all he could do is to promise me that he would take care of us. I have had no problems until yesterday (late Friday evening), and one of the coldest days and nights of the winter, but cannot get hold of him. We had to call another local furnace repairman (Freddie Tingler of Mountain State Heating and Cooling of Elkins) who came right out, found the problem and told us it is a bad part that cannot be ordered today. (So we have to wait for another 36 hours before we can attempt to get this resolved.) He has arranged to come back at 9 am on Monday morning to try to help us get the part and repair it. We also tried other heating dealers in the area and none of them were available or answered their messages.
