My appointment window was 12 to 5 p.m, and they arrived about 4:30 p.m. Due to my driveway being slanted, they couldn't start immediately but had to fill the small engine completely full with gas so it would run to power the cleaner. After they returned from a nearby gas station they were very courteous and worked quickly. They were very fair in the pricing of a large family room carpet, stairs, master bedroom, and upper hallway. They gave me recommendations as to what to use the clean the carpet in the future to maximum its life and condition.
I'm very pleased with the service I received, and would gladly use Stanley Steemer again.

While Stanley Steemer were here I decided to have my new tile floor scrubbed by them. They gave me a discount which they had available at the time. They do a good job. They were happy to be working. Another thing I liked about them was that you can book it online and what their charges are at that time.

Stanley Steemer does a really good job. They move all the furniture and stuff like that so we don't have to. The price was reasonable. They were really nice. They were able to get the pet stains out and it smelled fresh when they were done. They were there when they said they were going to be and finished the job in the amount of time they said.

They came in, got it done, and were out. They told us how much it would be, and they didn't charge us more than what they said they were going to. I was real pleased with the quality of what they did.

I don't remember how much I spent. I just paid them what they asked for. My experience with them was fine. I had no problems and I don't recall anything that was upsetting. I don't recall anything negative sticking in my memory. I can't think of any reason why I shouldn't give them a high grade. I was pleased with the price and quality of their work. I will use their services again in the future.

It turned out pretty good. The response time was good. The workers were personable and efficient. They did good work. They also made some recommendations that turned out to be real good. I would recommend the company to friends and family.
