They claim to be professionals they're far from that they're out to rip people off they done a small wood repair job for my mother and charged her $800 a very hateful to her also they claim to be professionals but they do kindergarten work and also don't ever let him do concrete work they're terrible at it they replaced two boards and a picket and it cost $800 we figured up they owed her money by the rates they said they had see let them know that she was widow and they took advantage of her and I said as far as they was concerned it was closed when she realized how bad she got ripped off please stay far away from this company and they are more than out to take advantage of the elderly and very unprofessional work

We regret that you and your mother are unsatisfied with the multiple jobs we recently performed on your mother’s home. We strive to provide quality service and transparency in all the work we do. As we explained to your mother prior to stating the job, the scope and price included multiple repairs: 1. Replaced approximately 12 missing shingles on garage roof/inspected garage attic for water infiltration. 2. Replaced rail picket. 3. Replaced 2x6x12 top rail on deck. 4. Secured vinyl siding in (2) places on house. 5. Replaced (2) bottom stair treads 6. Rented a concrete saw, cutout and repaired damaged concrete cracks at garage side door entrance. Upon hearing that you & your mother had questions, our Operations Manager met with you on Saturday morning as requested to review your concerns. Customer satisfaction is our top priority & since you were not pleased with our work only billed your mother less than 40% of the overall pre-approved price. Our technician and operations manager made several trips to your mom’s house to secure additional materials during the project to perform the work and inspect the work once completed. I have reviewed photos of the finished work, and believe all repairs were done professionally. Of course, any work within our scope will be fully warranted as well. Again, I am sorry that your experience with our services was less than you expected."

Nice people, but the quality of work left me a bit disappointed. Pretty sloppy. Poorly blended and splotchy paint job done over 2 days, plus an hour of touch ups. Given the price, I expect grade A work. What I got was grade D or C work. Only saving grace was the attitude of the painter. Very polite, easy to talk to. Part of the reason I think the quality suffered is that one person of the two man crew that was supposed to paint my entryway didn't show...not for the 2 full days of painting or for the touch ups on the 3rd day. That left the other guy trying to scramble and do it all himself, which he was unprepared for. He didn't have all the equipment (most importantly ladders) he needed on day one since the other guy who didn't show had it on his truck. After the job was finished there were some large spots that looked terrible, like a big shiny smear. This was due to trying to perform touch ups with a brush over a rolled area. Just didn't blend. They suggested it was because of where I had patched some nail holes, but I've patched 20 or 30 other nail holes in the house and painted over them without any issue. Anyway, they agreed they would try to roll over the area to minimize/correct the issue. It didn't. Might actually look worse now. Probably the only way to fix it now is a full coat, wall to wall. Honestly, next time I'll probably do the job myself. It'll be cheaper and look more up to my standards.

I have used House Doctors a few times now. They guys helped me complete a punch list of things to sell a house including damage done to a door by my dogs that I had looked at for 10 years. It was like a brand new door after a few hours. Most recently, at my new house, they installed a door lock and garbage disposal quickly for us. They are amazing to work with fast and fair priced. I will use them for all my future small projects.

Service was wonderful. The handy man showed up in a clearly marked house doctors van. He was extremely pleasant and explained what work he would be doing before setting foot in the house. Once we showed him where the work need the be done, the handy man started working and we didn’t hear much from him until the job was done. He had all of the necessary tools and was able to complete the job without any assistance from me. The work consisted of a few cracks in the drywall, removal and replacement of old cracked caulking around the showers and replacement of the wax ring on a leaking toilet. The work was top notch, it has been 6 months since the work was completed and it is holding up great. The I will not hesitate to use the house doctors service again.
