 + -1 moreTerrible. I went to trouble and expense to be home to meet him and he did not have the courtesy to show up or let me know he was not coming. I am finding this to be very typical way of doing business in this area.
Description of Work: Talked to this man on the phone about a plumbing problem I desperately need fixed. He said he would be at my house the next day at 4 pm to look at it. I left work early, which I told him I would have to do, meaning I lost some pay for the day, in order to be home at 4. He did not come, did not call.
