Used this company for three roofing jobs. The last job still has punch items that the project manager promised to address during our bid walk and during two other subsequent follow up calls on job completion, PM will not return calls. Save your money and go elsewhere.

They were recommended by our insurance company for major plumbing problem and they were great. They came right out and they were responsive in answering our questions. They also let us know step by step what they are doing and what they were gonna have to do. It was a big job and it was something that we weren't expecting.

They contract out and the first two painters were very good and did an excellent job. It was a husband and wife team from Kentucky. She brought down my valences so I could wash them. She was very thoughtful. They couldn't come back to finish the work so two men came in to paint and shampoo our carpets. The upstairs and downstairs is about 2400 square feet. It took them about 35-45 minutes and that did seem pretty quick. I do believe the job still got the dirt up, but not much attention was made to stains. The guy that was in charge seemed to forget some important things and even made a mistake of getting the wrong paint. He wanted us to pay extra for this mistake. He even bargained with us to just pay for the paint and not the labor. I feel like the guy was nice and personable. He made sure we were happy, but some of those professional points kind of turned us off to hiring him again.
