I came in via tow truck with a growling sound and sort of a burning smell after driving about 20 miles toward Beckley from Princeton on I-77. The front office service is a bit slow, but once they pulled my car in to look at it, everything moved along well. They welded some kind of exhaust shield under the car (can you tell I don't know a lot about cars?) and also repaired a different growling sound that has been there for close to a year. They were very friendly and professional. Tony, one of the technicians, talked with me and told me what they had done and said that if I had any problems, just bring it back and they would take care of it. They were pretty full when we got towed in and the receptionist acted like we would be lucky if we got out by 6:00 pm (we arrived around 2:00-2:15), but we were driving out of there by around 3:15. I also was expecting to pay up to about $200, but the cost was only $50, so I was pretty pleased all around.
