Very prompt and polite, they cleaned up everything; I have recommended them to several others and they too have been pleased. Very reasonable prices. I was confused about some things involving contact with APCO, but that was probable my fault for not understanding service upgrading.

I phoned Dan Coe on Tuesday to request assistance in getting the electrical work done. He came to the house Tuesday afternoon, provided me an estimate by that evening, and indicated that he could do the work on Thursday. I confirmed our agreement to have the work done. Dan and his assistant showed up as promised on Thursday, and completed the bulk of the work that day. He finalized the work Friday morning and we were able to have an inspector approve the repair that afternoon. Now all we're waiting for is for Appalachian Power to turn the service back on! Dan did a great job and completed it quickly realizing the urgency of the situation.

I found Coe Electric on Angie's List.  Dan agreed over the phone to give me an estimate on the work, he showed up on time, and he and Ira spent maybe 90 minutes checking everything out.  They were very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough.  They listened to my concerns and explained what they intended to do.  He gave me an estimate for the materials, told me his hourly rate, explained that they would be available right away, and so we scheduled the work.
They showed up on time and went right to work, and worked a solid 9 hrs the first day.  They came back the second day and installed the vent for the exhaust fan.  No problems with any of it.

Daniel provided me with a detailed estimate and I decided I liked his attention to detail.  We worked out a plan and he and his
  journeyman set to work.  They were professional  and personable.  They were willing to work with me within my budget.
They were on the job about 4 days.  They were neat and cleaned up after themselves.  When I had issues with what  seemed to 
 be"surge problem " over a year later, ( light bulbs exploding) , they came  with in a day"s time to check it out.  
,  I would give them the highest rating except for what happened next!  I called Mr Coe to do another job for me. I made arrangements for my son to be at my home and him to come and give an estimate there for another rewire at that location.  He never showed.  When I called him , he was in bed.  He told me he had worked all night on a "BIG JOB".  I said, "But Daniel, you had an appointment with me."  He said , "So."   No apology, nothing.  I told him to call me when he wanted to do the work.  That was in March 2014.  I am still waiting.  
So my review is mixed.  Coe Electric did Excellent work when they were starting out.  They may now just want "bigger" jobs.  If you can get them , I'm sure they will do a good job for you.

They were very quick to respond to my initial call. I think he arrived the next day to give an estimate, and they started work within about two or three days, I think. They stayed right with the job until done, about 5 days total, (took the weekend off). They didn't do half a day with me and half somewhere else. Cleaned up at the end of each day.
Mr. Coe explains things very simply so that this non-handy housewife understood everything. Both he and Ira are probably the hardest working men I've ever seen. These men do not waste time, yet they work in such a careful, efficient way. They are so NEAT, it's amazing! 
They suggested some work to be done in my attic, and I will absolutely be calling them back to do that job! They are pleasant, prompt, and perfectly trustworthy. I liked the way they were working so much that I bought them Krispy Kremes, and I bet you will too! Awesome work, great guys, could not recommend them more highly! :)

The problem was corrected and I am very satisfied. He was very professional, courteous and punctual. Very easy to get in touch with and always answers his calls. Highly recommend!!!

Rewired house in about 3days . Completed work as contracted . Had or found problem in Oct. outlet in basement over looked I called  & they came by to fix in 3 days . I was very pleased to get problem taken care of so quickly. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I have been wanting to replace my under the counter lights for quite a while,but the estimates I had been given were quite expensive.A friend gave me Coe Electric's flyer.When I called them,one of the young men came out immediately,explained what needed to be done and gave me a price;he even suggested the best kind to buy(LEDs).He arrived on time,completed the work quickly and neatly,and even visited with my very nosy cat who wanted to"help".I love my new lights and will be using this company to update some wiring in the near future.
