my washer was making a sound during the spin cycle that made me think it was going to explode. I called pinion repair and the service man was very polite and nearby. He arrived within 20 minutes and diagnosed the problem within the next 10 minutes. He could have tried to convince me into doing an unnecessary pump replacement, but he honestly informed me that it was only a piece of plastic stuck in the pump. He removed the plastic and my washer is working great. Very nice..
