The business is owned by Ron Bunnell. He bought the business and maintained the name of "Jeff's Sales and Service". He is honest about approx arrival time and pricing. His wife staffs the phone calls requesting service. During a major period of sub-freezing weather, all providers are over-loaded with requests for service. I have no qualms telling a service company that I will make other calls to their competition if they can't come immediately because of loss of heat. This organization did not take it personally that I would seek faster service given the fact that we had no heat. She called back the following morning to see if we still needed their support. Ron was over in an hour and solved our problem. A couple of years prior, I had used him to repair an air conditioner. The prices have been reasonable.
